Wild raspberry, redcurrant, and floral notes on the nose give way to a fresh, lightly tart palate of fine, elegant tannins destined to evolve toward spice with age. Cte Chalonnaise at its most charming and precise. Plays well with roast lamb, duck, or salmon.
