Constructed of green rayon, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver grey tresses, bearing a central inscription of STABSHELFERIN DES HEERES (HEER STAFF ASSISTANT), unmarked, measuring 25 mm (w) x 455 mm (l), demonstrating minor soiling, a scarce cuff title in near extremely fine condition.
