Back zipper and slim skirt under 2 layers of gentle ruffles. The dress is actually sleeveless with an attached "capelet" that creates a sleeve. Only issue found is that the lining under arms (only the lining, NOT the dress fabric) is faded. Pretty royal blue shade of silk crepe with both the Scaasi Boutique and Neiman
