We consider ours to be the New York cousin to the Sloe Berry that Sloe Gins are derived from? and thus our regional homage to this classic spirit. Greenhook Beach Plum Gin Liqueur is made by soaking whole plums in our Signature American Dry Gin for a full seven months, with just a touch of
