MBS Horizontal Pouch patch Polymer BucklesThe Medical Belt System Horizontal Pouch is a vest and belt mounted pouch that holds medical items such as dressings and tourniquets, and is designed shallow to not impeded medics from bending over patients. Pouch mounts using MOLLE compatible Flex tab system. Pouch is lined with hook and loop to accept elastic loop modular pouch organizers.
